Our Delivery Terms:

Orders placed before 12 p.m. will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours, barring any exceptional incidents.

All orders weighing over 30 kg will be dispatched on a pallet.

Order preparation does not occur on weekends and public holidays. Due to logistical constraints, weight limitations, or expedited processing, your order may be split into multiple shipments without affecting the advertised deadlines for each product.

Regarding delivery, the carrier will arrive between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. without specific time slots and will require a signature upon receipt. Once your package is in the carrier's network, you can track it at any time on their website. Delivery times are displayed on each product page, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
