Ha una lunghezza di 1510mm, una profondità di 800mm e un'altezza di 860mm. Sbrinamento semi-automatico con intervallo di tempo e display digitale costante. Con ruote bloccabili. Compatibile con le teglie da pasticceria (600 x 400mm), capacità massima di 7 teglie per porta. Il sistema di refrigerazione mantiene in modo affidabile una temperatura fredda e costante in condizioni di temperatura ambiente fino a 43 °C. Con un intervallo di temperatura da 2 °C a 8 °C.
